How much does Premium cost?

Can I cancel, and do I lose my profile?
Cancel anytime from Billing in your dashboard. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for, then move to the Free plan - your profile, connections, messages and history all stay. Payments are not refunded for partial periods; the Terms of Service have the full billing and refund terms.
What happens if I do not keep Premium after my first days?
Your account moves to our FREE tier and nothing is charged. On Free you get 10 AI intro requests a month to your top 3 matches, a video profile, the member directory, and every call another member books with you. You also see who wants to meet you and who wrote to you; accepting intros and replying to members are part of Premium. Your trust score and reviews are earned the same way on either plan.
Can I try it before paying?

We email you three days before your Premium days end and again the day before, each time with a Subscribe button; if you do not subscribe, your account moves to the Free plan and nothing is charged.
How does the AI matching actually work?
Every member describes who they serve, who they want to meet and who they can refer. The AI scores every possible pair on seven factors and surfaces the strongest matches. The How AI matching works page lists each factor and its weight.
Can my BNI chapter or Chamber use this?
Yes. The Group plan gives you a branded group with its own admin tools and AI matching scoped to your members. Request a demo from the For Groups page.
Do I need a Zoom account?
No. A Zoom link is generated automatically when a call is booked through the built-in calendar, and both sides receive it by email with a calendar invite.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts. Downgrade or cancel from your dashboard at any time.
