Is Premium really free? What is the catch?
There is no catch and no card. Premium is free for the first 1,000 members, because a referral network is worth nothing without people in it. The homepage counter shows how many have joined so far. You get unlimited AI introductions, priority matching and the full analytics dashboard, on the same terms a paying member would.
What happens when the early stage ends?
Premium moves to its normal price for people joining after that point. We will tell you before anything changes, and you will never be charged without agreeing to it first.
Do I have to pay to be useful to other members?
No. The Free plan is genuinely usable: 10 AI introductions a month, a video profile, messaging and Zoom booking, and it stays free. Premium removes the introduction cap and adds priority ranking and analytics; it does not buy you better standing with other members.
Can I try it before paying?
The Free plan is free forever with no card. Premium is included free for the first 1,000 members; when paid Premium returns it comes with a 7-day free trial you can cancel before being charged.
How does the AI matching actually work?
Every member describes who they serve, who they want to meet and who they can refer. The AI scores every possible pair on seven factors and surfaces the strongest matches. The How AI matching works page lists each factor and its weight.
Can my BNI chapter or Chamber use this?
Yes. The Group plan gives you a branded group with its own admin tools and AI matching scoped to your members. Request a demo from the For Groups page.
Do I need a Zoom account?
No. A Zoom link is generated automatically when a call is booked through the built-in calendar, and both sides receive it by email with a calendar invite.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts. Downgrade or cancel from your dashboard at any time.
